Evergreen Industrial’s Clients
Evergreen Industrial competed for and was selected to work as a design builder with Kenney Lee Architects to create a superstructure to encase Martin Marietta’s batch plant in Weld County. Evergreen worked with Golden Empire Manufacturing to design and build a unique structure that features a removable roof to enable servicing of interior equipment.
Bill Barrett (HighPoint Resources)
Evergreen Industrial worked with the owner to provide design-build services for a new field services building in Weld County. The site selected for the field office was in an unincorporated area, so Evergreen and its team had to conduct a Use By Special Review process to complete the project. Once entitlements were complete, Evergreen built a state of the art office and warehouse building from which the owner conducts their field operations for the DJ Basin.
Evergreen Industrial was hired during the final stages of design to help the Architect and Owner create value engineering opportunities to ensure the project could achieve its monetary goals. Before design was complete, Evergreen began mobilizing for construction and commenced the renovation of the historic Cache Bank and Trust building in downtown Loveland. Throughout the project Evergreen managed the changing circumstances presented by the historic building and found creative and economical ways to deliver the owner a project that has been critically important to the revitalization of downtown Loveland.
Evergreen Industrial assembled a team of design professionals to lead a design build process for Interstate Land Holdings and their tenant Penske Trucking. Our team handled all permitting and planning efforts with the City of Loveland and orchestrated numerous design and engineering value engineering exercises to deliver the most economical building package for a very challenging project site.
Evergreen Industrial worked closely with Schuman Companies, Infusion Architects and the rest of the design team to create a flexible multi-tenant warehouse that was designed to accommodate a multitude of uses. Evergreen coordinated design with the pre-engineered metal building supplier and ultimately constructed the project for Schuman.
Mountain States Line Constructors Apprenticeship Training (MSLCAT)
Evergreen Industrial was engaged early in the design process by MSLCAT and Hein Bond Architects to help with the design and value engineering of this state of the art class room/training building. After the success of the first project in Colorado, MSLCAT engaged Evergreen to build two more buildings in Utah and Montana.
Kishwaukee (Skyway Foods)
After completing the core and shell expansion of the Skyway Foods production facility in Longmont, Evergreen Industrial worked as the general contractor to help the Skyway Foods team build out a free standing multi-tenant food production facility. Evergreen Industrial worked diligently through the design and construction process to deliver innovative solutions to facilitate GMP practices and responsible segregation of activities throughout the building.
Legacy Auto had been operating their retail tractor business out of a repurposed fueling station for years and just “making things work” before Evergreen Industrial met with the Owner and helped him completely redevelop the property. Legacy had previously worked with a design team to help him expand his operation, but their plan for the site limited overall access and cost far more than the owner could afford to spend. Evergreen hired a new design team and worked with the owner to create a larger building and more contemporary design that satisfied municipal requirements and maximized the floor to area ratio of the new facility. Now Legacy has a state of the art building out of which they operate and additional leasable area that helps the owner generate some secondary income.
