Evergreen Industrial worked with the owner to provide design-build services for a new field services building in Weld County.  The site selected for the field office was in an unincorporated area, so Evergreen and its team had to conduct a Use By Special Review process to complete the project.  Once entitlements were complete, Evergreen built a state of the art office and warehouse building from which the owner conducts their field operations for the DJ Basin.
